MainStreaming S.p.A is a cutting-edge media delivery company that empowers enterprises and media companies to deliver exceptional Quality of Experience to their audience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process, ensuring all entries are completed on time and accurately.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies, including Italian GAAP and tax requirements.
  • Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Italian GAAP and tax regulations. Experience with SAP finance modules is a plus.
