We're pioneering a movement toward simplicity and accessibility in the payments industry. As a Business Developer Representative Corporate, Welfare, you'll play a crucial role in introducing our innovative welfare products to large enterprises.
**Your Mission:**
Lead generation: Conduct high-energy outbound activities through various channels to generate sales-qualified leads.
New business opportunities development: Engage with corporate employers' main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a welfare solution in their companies.
Sales pipeline fueling: Build a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise leads working towards exceeding targets.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in outbound sales with a successful track record in contacting and engaging Enterprise customers.
Strong commercial attitude, negotiation, and communication skills with ability to engage executives and decision-makers.
CRM system knowledge with experience in outbound tools.
Motivation, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluent English language skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong inclination towards achieving targets.
