Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Purchasing Department at VHIT S.p.A. in Crema, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage partnerships with automotive suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and implement preventive quality management strategies to meet Automotive standards (PPAP) and Lean Production Principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical support to suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar academic background.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in complex manufacturing organizations, preferably in the automotive field.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 legislation and 8D, PSS, Hishikawa, Fmea, 5x3 Why tools.
  • Auditor certification ISO/TS (Lead auditor IRCA will be a plus).
