Company Description
**VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic Products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion engines and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

**Job Description**:
To enforce our R&D department, we are looking for a **Project Manager.**

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects that are essential to our company's objectives. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, resources and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to production. Your role will be to ensure respect of plan for ASPICE Software development (refer to MAN3 position inside ASPICE process flow-chart).

**Responsibilities**:

- ASPICE SW Project Planning:

- Develop project plans and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Define project requirements, milestones and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Resource Management:

- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks.
- Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues as they arise.
- Implement proactive measures to keep the project on track.
- Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and reporting.
- Ensure clear and effective communication among team members.
- Quality Assurance:

- Oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Address quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Master’s degree in Engineering or similar academic background.

**Experience and Know How**:Proven experience in project management in the automotive sector, with a minimum of 2 years.

**Technical knowledge**: Basic understanding of the main automotive industry production processes; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ASPICE procedure basic know-how is considered as a plus.

**Personality**: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership.

**Language skills**:Fluent English.

**Interests**: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
