**Company Description** VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic products ITaly) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees

We are looking for an **Environmental Testing Team Leader** to lead a team of 7 technicians and 2 engineers in our Prototyping & Testing Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage priorities and resources for the environmental test facility, which includes 60 test benches (functional, endurance, fatigue, shaker, NVH, climatic, IP)
- Oversee the validation of environmental tests, mainly for electronic products
- Lead SE-Team meetings for each project
- Holds the position of DVP (design verification plan) manager

Actively support and resolve issues on environmental test benches for various product types.
**Qualifications** Education**: Master’s degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, aerospace, energetic) or Automation Engineering.

**Personality**:

- Excellent organizational skills and strong planning abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

**Technical skills**: Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

**Language skills**: Proficiency in English
