Company Description
**VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic Products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion engines and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Planning Group Leader to join our logistics department. As a Logistics Planning Group Leader, you will play a critical role in coordinating the activities of our customer and supplier planners. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of 7-8 Logistic Planners to ensure efficient logistics operations.

You will also be responsible for leading the organization and developing the strategy for improving business KPIs.

**Qualifications**:
**Soft skills**:good communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as team working and leadership;
**Language skills**: fluent in English.
