Job Description:


DSV is seeking a highly skilled Operations Assistant to join our team in Oppeano, Italy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with truckers and final consumers, and supporting the smooth operation of our logistics services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Direct communication with truckers and final consumers
  • Support customer with documentation, pickups, and deliveries
  • Continuous relations with all DSV offices, especially German

Requirements:



  • Experience in a similar role (at least one year)
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Proactivity, communication skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
