Fashion Buying Assistant Role


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Buyer to support our Buying Team in the Fashion department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick-start their career in Fashion Buying.


As a Fashion Buying Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting the Buying Team in preparing reports in Excel, extracting sales results, and analyzing market trends.
  • Managing product samples from suppliers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to our warehouse.
  • Updating the team on product availability, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to meet our business needs.
  • Researching and updating information on suppliers, including company profiles, product offerings, and key contacts.
  • Entering data into our internal systems, using custom-built applications for QVC.

Requirements



  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
