Account Executive

Scaleway, a subsidiary of the Iliad group, has been a leader in European cloud computing since 1999. Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to increase monthly consumption of our solutions.
  • Create and innovate prospecting techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Enrich and maintain the Salesforce database to ensure seamless processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and the Sales Solutions Architect to provide the best experience for our customers and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team on strategies to acquire new potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the Tech industry (Cloud, software/SaaS and IT services companies).
  • Clear understanding of all elements of the sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn every day and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Curiosity and passion for the world of cloud computing.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to achieving goals, including revenue growth.
