Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Manager

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Manager at AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch), you will play a critical role in helping our largest and most complex Italian customers achieve their cloud journey goals. You will be responsible for guiding these customers through their multi-year transformation to the cloud, ensuring that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with AWS customers to understand their cloud adoption strategies and provide guidance on how to achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with AWS teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective delivery of cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute education plans to help customers navigate the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.
  • Interface with AWS customers and leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams.
  • Plan and support major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions.
Requirements:
  • Strong delivery and change management background.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both at the executive and project team level.
  • Ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and lead virtual teams.
  • Enterprise experience and operational excellence to influence team decisions and provide insight.
