About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Gucci team in Italy. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of client advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and human resources team to resolve employee relations issues and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with the merchandising and visual merchandising teams to ensure effective product placement and visual displays.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
