  • Supporting Business Owners in specific Risk & Identification Assessment initiatives and monitoring related mitigative actions.
  • Aiding Business Owners in the design of process controls, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Assisting Business & Control Owners in conducting gap analyses and monitoring new global policies, control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with Issue Owners to ensure timely definition of Issues and Events.
  • Collaborating with Sourcing Gatekeepers to ensure that Contract Managers effectively monitor and manage their own risks in sourcing arrangements.
  • Working with the Operational & Resilience team to ensure that Process Owners accurately monitor and manage their processes and services in line with Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Providing Business Owners with a comprehensive view and advice on the effectiveness and efficiency of the risk control environment across various value chains, processes, policies, and risk categories.
  • Collaborating with other departmental areas to facilitate the cohesive development of an overarching framework that encompasses processes, risk and control logs, and internal documentation (policies and procedures).

Required Skills

  • Strong networking abilities, with a focus on establishing and maintaining positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent command of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with risk and control environments, including the identification, definition, assessment, and mitigation of control gaps and weaknesses.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
