Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €70,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Firenze, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned regional customers.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key regional Wholesalers, being the face of Brown Forman in front of the customers. You will work closely with our National Key Account Manager and Sell-Out team to maximize results and ensure alignment between sell-in and sell-out plans.
You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Additionally, you will prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to our Business Area Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a Regional Account Manager in On Trade. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is also required.
You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role and demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers. In-depth knowledge of the On Trade spirits market and customer base (Wholesalers and On trade customers) is essential.
