Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical knowledge and guidance to customers on Arrow's products, services, and solutions.
- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
- Engage suppliers to assist with product validation to ensure that the products meet the customer's requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering related studies.
- Business fluent Italian and English (oral & written).
- Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
- Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
