Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Software Architect Leader to join our Engineering department (50 people) and drive the overall technology strategy and execution of our SaaS platform.

In this role, you will lead the growth of the Engineering department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform architecture supports growth while managing cloud infrastructure, security, and operational stability.

You will also ensure all products meet necessary security and regulatory standards, develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's objectives, and oversee the development of the SaaS platform.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on the job title, description, and location. As a full-remote company, you can work from anywhere in the world.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role linked to the Engineering department of a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment, managing challenges of rapid business growth and platform scaling.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development methodologies.
