**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Destination Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for proposing enticing tour packages during the cruise and assisting guests on local excursions. You will also ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company safety standards.

You will work closely with the Tour Manager to identify new opportunities to maximize revenues in the tour area. Your expertise will help drive business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**

  • Propose tour packages and assist guests on local excursions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to company safety standards
  • Identify new revenue opportunities in the tour area
  • Collaborate with the Tour Manager to drive business growth

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record in Sales (Tour Operator experience an advantage)
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office package
