RINA, a leading global company in the field of marine and industrial engineering, is seeking an experienced Strategic Innovation Business Development Coordinator to join its team in Genoa, Italy. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the success and efficiency of the Global Venture Capital & Partnership Team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the team to identify innovative ideas and analyze concepts, profiling and characterizing opportunities that align with the company's goals.
  • They will be responsible for preparing and updating internal reports related to new partnerships and venture capital initiatives development process, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with stakeholders.
  • This role will also involve providing operational and administrative support to the team, managing the projects' pipeline on dedicated IT systems, and facilitating smooth operations through collaboration with other internal departments.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a related field is preferred;
  • Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken) language skills are required;
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package is essential;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
