Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Railways & Mass Transit Design Manager to join its team in Italy. As a key member of our International Infrastructure & Mobility Division, you will be responsible for coordinating project teams and ensuring the successful design of railway and mass transit systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions for railway and mass transit projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, attending technical review meetings and ensuring design deliverables are available on time.
  • Support project teams in reviewing technical documents, supervising construction activities, and preparing reports and technical notes.
  • Have proven expertise in systems design, including telecoms, signalling, and MEP.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, potentially acting as a technical focal point for areas of expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in design and supervision of systems design, preferably related to railway and mass transit projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Persistence and determination.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in BIM projects.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages, such as French, Spanish, or Arabic.
