We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aegis Aged Care. As a leading provider of aged care services in Western Australia, we understand the importance of delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake clinical, social, and self-care assessments to identify residents' changing health needs
  • Anticipate and initiate further assessments or referrals as necessary
  • Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with all care documentation and risk management strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration and Bachelor degree as a Registered Nurse
  • At least two years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Clinical experience and the ability to manage risk in aged care
  • A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems
  • Full Australian working rights and the ability to pass a national police clearance
