Production System Development Specialist

As a Production System Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Unit Manager in setting priorities and preparing a 3-year plan with KPIs, continuous improvement projects, and operational objectives. You will ensure alignment with the Group plan and collaborate with Region Supply Chain Development to implement local objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- S upport the Production Unit Manager in defining the Master Plan, identifying key priorities, and preparing a 3-year horizon plan including KPIs, Capex, and operational objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices, identifying training needs, and suggesting process, technology, and equipment improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the Production Unit and central functions, directing support requests as appropriate.
