About the Role

This role requires regular travel throughout Italy and involves leading, managing and coordinating the network of subcontracted service centers, on-site solutions and outstores/hubs in Italy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage start-up and ramp-up of new plants, on-site solutions and outstores.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of projects such as IT and engineering, as well as continuous improvement (lean) to support improvement programs in capacity, productivity & cost, quality, and service.
  • Negotiate tariffs with subcontractors, supported by Senior Managers and Cost Optimization teams.
  • Analyze and recommend cost optimization in terms of cost drivers and entitlement standards.
  • Manage stock variances through stock counts and analysis.
  • Define Annual Objectives for your team and individuals, and monitor their achievement.
  • Develop Talent and Development plans, including pipeline and succession planning.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics or Technical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of management experience in Subcontractor management/Site management.
  • Lead and achieve results in pan-European, multi-site environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with service providers.
  • Fluent/native Italian and English.
