We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Engineer to join our team at Inpeco. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the conformity of our in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical equipment products.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that our products comply with applicable regulations and safety requirements, providing technical support necessary for obtaining certifications.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure product conformity and coordinate the drafting of essential requirements applicable to the product intended as a machine.
- Externally, collaborate with certification bodies and suppliers to obtain documents confirming the conformity of analyzed products.
- Stay up-to-date with major legislative acts, including the Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), and Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
- Technical diploma or degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Precision and attention to documentation details
- English at least level B1, fluent in Italian
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc)
- Previous experience in safety laboratories
- Quality and Regulatory knowledge (e.g. IEC61010, 62368 or similar)
- Technical drawings reading
