The Role

We're seeking a Digital Catalogue Specialist to join our Digital Business team. As a key member of the team, you will support the operational management of our e-commerce platform and contribute to the development of commercial activities to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. E-commerce Platform Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, including product management, page optimization, and image/text management.
  2. Commercial Activities: Develop and execute commercial activities to drive business growth, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  3. Commercial Calendar Management: Support the creation and execution of the commercial calendar, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions to increase conversion rates.
  5. Workflow Management: Manage workflows and retro-planning to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely go-live.
  6. Digital Competitor Analysis: Analyze and track digital competitors to stay ahead of the market.
  7. Platform Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our website and related plugins, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any technical issues promptly.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to prioritize tasks, adhere to release schedules, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with good knowledge of Google Analytics a strong plus.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency tested in the selection process.
