We are EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. Our company brings together the complementary expertise of two industry pioneers to create a vertically integrated business that addresses the world's evolving vision needs and the global demand of a growing eyewear industry.
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and enterprising candidate to join our Operations HQ in Rovereto, Italy. As an HRBP intern, you will experience what it means to support the HR manager in daily activities to learn and become independent.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- HR Analytics
- Recruiting and training activities for blue-collar employees according to plant needs
- CV Screening and maintaining relationships with work agencies
- Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Does not see problems, but solutions
- Has strong problem-solving skills
- Has a strong relationship attitude and excellent communication skills
- Has strong analytical attitudes
- Loves challenges and takes responsibility seriously
- Has at least 0-1 years of experience
In EssilorLuxottica, you will have the feeling of being part of a 'success story', no matter where you work in the EL world. This position will be located at our Operations Plant at Rovereto, but you will perform all activities associated with HRBP work.
