About the Role

Institut Straumann Ag is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with sales teams and management to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of sales teams, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure strong sales support and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and address any sales-related issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
