The successful candidate will be responsible for the control and management of administrative and accounting documents, issuing and entering invoices, monitoring payments and receipts, and preparing periodic and annual tax declarations (income tax return, F24, single certification, VAT settlement).
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire invoicing process, from creation to payment receipt;
- Oversee sales and purchasing administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing;
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability;
- Verify and track supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Manage personnel accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing;
- Verify and manage Audiovisual Tax Credits, ensuring compliance with regulations;
- Adhere to the company's core values, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- High school diploma in accounting or a related field;
- Desirable experience in the audiovisual sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
