Your Role
As a Junior Consultant at ION Group, you will be part of our Credit Risk team, supporting the development of regulatory, managerial, and IFRS9 models. Your responsibilities will include:
• Estimation, review, and recalibration of credit risk models
• Risk Governance, including ICAAP, ILAAP, RAF, and Stress Test
• Introduction of climate risks into the Risk Management framework
• Support for control functions, such as Audit and Validation, in checks on credit risk models and processes
Your Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Economic-Financial, Statistical-Mathematical, or Engineering field. Relevant knowledge and interest in Credit Risk topics are essential. You should have analytical skills, quantitative competencies, and experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS). Additionally, you should possess enthusiasm, determination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, relational skills, and a propensity for team working. Fluency in speaking and writing in English (B2 at least) is required.
