Job Title: Communication and Graphic Design Junior Analyst

The Communication and Graphic Design Junior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability Department in their day-to-day activities within the Group Corporate and its sister companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of marketing & communication activities on a national and international level.
  • Coordinate specific activities with the line Manager and contribute to shaping corporate messages.
  • Support the definition and management of internal communication campaigns in collaboration with other company functions.
  • Update the Corporate Profile and prepare content for specific events/meetings involving the sister Company.
  • Verify compliance with Group standards for presentations prepared by employees for external use.
  • Align the consistency of information relating to the Group and its brand identity in all internal and external communication tools.
  • Coordinate different suppliers and process content and texts based on specific communication needs.
  • Provide support in the development or revision phase of graphic design and contents, verifying their consistency with key messages of Group Communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a communication agency or similar: 2+ years of related work experience in marketing communications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CMS, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of the main digital communication channels and B2B communication techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines.
  • Good standing, credibility, and leadership attitude.
  • Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and result orientation.
Location:

The position is based in Milan, with possible trips for meeting clients/vendors and attending fairs and exhibitions or similar initiatives to promote communication initiatives.
