Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance across all project phases, from engineering to research and development.
  • Develop and implement portfolio analysis and rebalancing strategies to optimize risk and time-to-benefit.
  • Ensure alignment between R&D roadmaps and strategic activities.
  • Establish and maintain uniform processes across departments.
  • Provide strategic vision and leadership to the team.
  • Establish KPIs and generate reports to track investment performance.
Requirements
  • PMP Certification.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Process Phase/Gate methodologies for product development.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience with significant experience in managing complex multibrand portfolios.
