Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop DD&T Solutions: Develop and implement integrated processes, applications, data, and technology components that meet the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
- Prioritize Initiatives: Prioritize initiatives based on business value, dependencies, and risks, making decisive choices under pressure.
- Develop User Stories and Specifications: Create user stories and specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings, ensuring implementation of design principles, technical guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and projects.
- Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support, coordinating monitoring of daily operations.
- Life Cycle Management: Manage the life cycle of computerized systems, following GxP process changes.
- Coordinate Hardware and Software Selection: Coordinate the selection, purchasing, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems, with experience in large, complex Data, Digital & Technology projects from start to end.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and ability to understand and address business requirements.
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, self-management, time management, and project/program management skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of TechOps/DevOps, infrastructure, and system implementations.
- Programming and Data Analysis: Experience in programming/data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Agile Methodologies: Working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, and Project Management.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Statistical Concepts: Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques.
- Communication and Influence: Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change.
- Language: Ability to write and speak in the English language, fluently.
