We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Regional Category Management & Business Developer within our Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of your Region by working closely with AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and managing a portfolio of existing Customers and adding new prospects in our Vendor Management Inventory system, MORE.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the growth of your Region by coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and managing a portfolio of existing Customers and adding new prospects in MORE.
  • Coordinate AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in their management of assigned Customer portfolios, ensuring seamless execution of weekly automatic replenishments.
  • Develop and provide detailed analysis on project development, Regional sell-in and sell-out reports, and customer activation status in MORE.
  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with Key Accounts to guarantee functional performances and alignment of quality assortment, facing coverage, and stock levels with customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of sell-out and performances through sales data analysis and reporting optimization opportunities to KAM/Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with AoR referents within the Region to optimize procedures in different markets.
  • Ensure the integration of needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning, and Logistics).
  • Act as a solution provider for customers' specific needs, identifying ways to integrate them with Company procedures.

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analysis.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to lead a small team.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages considered as a plus.
  • Commercial mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Object.
  • Project management expertise.
  • A dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to listen and manage commercial relationships.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
