Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join our Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team. The ideal candidate will oversee the growth of their region by coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and managing a portfolio of existing customers and adding new prospects in MORE, our Vendor Management Inventory system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in their management of assigned customer portfolios, ensuring seamless weekly automatic replenishments to customer stores/warehouses;
- Providing Regional Commercial Coordinators with detailed analysis on project development in markets, regional sell-in and sell-out reports, and status of customer activations in More;
- Approaching new Key Accounts to include in the project based on commercial guidelines;
- Maintaining and promoting direct relationships with Key Accounts to guarantee functional performances of the system, ensuring alignment of quality of assortment, facing coverage, and stock levels with customer expectations;
- Identifying potential drivers for improvement of sell-out and performances through sales data and facing analysis, reporting optimization opportunities to KAM/Sales Manager and supporting implementation process;
- Optimizing procedures in different markets by coordinating AoR referents within the Region;
- Integrating needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning, and Logistics);
- Serving as a solution provider in case of specific customer needs, identifying ways to integrate them with Company procedures.
