The company boasts a diverse portfolio of house brands and licensed brands, including Tom Ford, Guess, and Adidas. With its own direct network and global partners, Marcolin distributes its products to over 125 countries.

We are seeking a Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join our Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team. The successful candidate will oversee the growth of their Region by coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and managing a portfolio of existing Customers and adding new prospects in MORE, our Vendor Management Inventory system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in their management of assigned Customer portfolios, ensuring seamless execution of weekly automatic replenishments.
  • Provide detailed analysis on project development, Regional sell-in and sell-out reports, and customer activation status in MORE.
  • Approach new Key Accounts based on Commercial guidelines to include them in the project.
  • Maintain and promote direct relationships with Key Accounts to guarantee functional performances and alignment of quality assortment, facing coverage, and stock levels with customer expectations.
  • Identify potential drivers for improvement of sell-out and performances through sales data analysis and reporting optimization opportunities to KAM/Sales Manager.
  • Optimize procedures in different markets by coordinating AoR referents within the Region.
  • Integrate needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning, and Logistics).
  • Act as a solution provider for customers' specific needs, identifying ways to integrate them with Company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge/Experience of Category Management and/or Sales Analysis.
  • Experience in coordinating a small team.
  • Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages considered as a plus.
  • Problem-solving and commercial mindset together with analytic approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object.
  • Project management.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to listen and manage a commercial relationship.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
