Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Global Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team in Turin, Italy. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate estimation of overall external costs on high-complexity bids and projects.
  • Plan and forecast external costs, including materials, services, packages, and subcontractors, during project execution phase in collaboration with the cost controlling department.
  • Submit all project Supply Chain inputs required to define and issue the Integrated Project Plan.
  • Distribute planning and logistics relevant documents to project teams, including Logistic Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.
  • C coordinate material delivery, including spare parts and repairing of failed material, in accordance with the project plan by coordinating planning & logistics activities among different legal entities involved in the project.
  • Launch production on the basis of project requirements, including transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc., in alignment with the project schedule.
  • Issue Purchase Requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractor to ensure project on-time delivery.
  • Issue supplier logistic and supply planning documentation in alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performances, including logistic providers, in terms of production, FAT, lead time, shipment, project warehouse management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Implement project mitigation actions due to potential misalignments of supplier performances in comparison with contractual requirements.
  • Create Service Entry Sheet (SES) and Work Progress Certificate (WPC), authorizing the Subcontractor to issue an invoice.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
