We're seeking a skilled Jr International Key Account Manager to join our team in the Cosmetic Beauty sector:
Jr International Key Account Manager - Europe Middle East AreaThis role requires a strong ability to analyze target markets, gather customer information, and develop long-term relationships. The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and play a crucial part in maintaining, developing, and managing assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:- Identify and create new business opportunities through market analysis.
- Develop and implement customer relationship plans to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify new collaboration opportunities and relay information to internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and formulate offers.
- Secure projects and orders.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- 1 year of experience in Key Account Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Strong customer management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and achieving goals.
- Willingness to travel frequently: Europe, Middle East.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus).
- Permanent contract, Chemical Industry.
- C.C.N.L.
- Gross annual salary range: €40,000-€42,000.
