Business Development Manager

CPL & TAYLOR by Synergos is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the life sciences sector
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams in research and development, marketing, and sales to align business strategies
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts
Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the life sciences sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
Deep understanding of the life sciences market and technologies
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
