Adecco Italia is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the Railway Sector. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust quality assurance program for railway operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization, working closely with relevant departments to implement changes that enhance quality and efficiency.
  3. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Stay up-to-date with railway regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and authorities to maintain all necessary certifications and approvals.
  4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential quality and safety issues.
  5. Quality Inspections and Audits: Plan and execute regular quality inspections, audits, and reviews of railway operations, facilities, and equipment. Create comprehensive reports and action plans to address identified issues.
  6. Quality Control: Plan, define, and execute physical control on products and components according to specifications, norms, and technical rules.
  7. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to railway personnel on quality assurance processes and procedures. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  8. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Quality Management, or similar). Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in quality assurance in the railway sector.
  3. In-depth knowledge of railway safety regulations and industry standards.
  4. English - level C1.

Working Conditions: Full-time position with a permanent contract. Salary commensurate with experience and skills acquired.
