About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Continuity Specialist to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna. As a key member of our Business Continuity team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Retail operations on SAP S/4, SAP CAR, and Fiori APP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Retail in case of issues related to SAP S/4, SAP CAR, and Fiori APP
  • Maintain and support existing solutions to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate Application Maintenance activities in SAP S/4, SAP CAR, and Fiori APP for Retail
  • Execute test scripts, support user acceptance testing, plan and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD/MM Module (FMS, IS Retail, S/4 Hana, AFS environment preferred)
  • Experience on retail processes, specifically store operations and e-com integration
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
