L'innovatore del food system ha il compito di attivare strategie innovative per lo sviluppo sostenibile del settore alimentare nel Trentino Alto Adige.

Salaia e competenze richieste

L'incarico prevede:

  • Ricerca e analisi delle tendenze e degli sviluppi del mercato nel settore alimentare;
  • Scambio continuo di strategie, programmi e risultati con i decisori regionali del settore, come i rappresentanti delle associazioni, della Provincia dell'Alto Adige e degli imprenditori;
  • Pianificazione e attuazione di programmi e progetti strategici, compresa la strategia di finanziamento;
  • Sensibilizzazione delle aziende alle tendenze e alle opportunità del mercato per promuovere lo sviluppo di progetti innovativi;
  • Creare reti e promuovere la cooperazione tra le aziende;
  • Partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro interni interfunzionali per fornire una consulenza completa a 360° alle aziende altoatesine;
  • Consulenza tecnica, soprattutto nello sviluppo di prodotti e servizi;
  • Gestione e sviluppo continuo di un team di progetto;
  • Adozione e implementazione di metodi e strumenti di lavoro agili, in linea con gli sviluppi a livello aziendale;
Requisiti professionali richiesti

I requisiti necessari sono:

  • Laurea in una materia pertinente al ruolo o in economia;
  • Esperienza lavorativa nel campo dell'innovazione;
  • Esperienza lavorativa rilevante in organizzazioni e/o aziende nel settore alimentare;
  • Buone competenze linguistiche in tedesco, italiano e inglese;
Informazioni su salario e contratto

Il salario è circa 55.000 € all'anno (40 ore/week). Tipo di contratto: rapporto di lavoro impiegatizio secondo il CCNL del terziario, della distribuzione e dei servizi Orario di lavoro: tempo pieno (40 ore) Sede di lavoro: Bolzano
