Company Overview: Prometeia is a prominent European firm specializing in Risk and Wealth Management solutions tailored for institutional investors. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance division.

Service Areas: Our team primarily serves financial intermediaries across the national landscape, engaging in projects that encompass:

  • Strategic Business Planning: Crafting business strategies and developing comprehensive business plans.
  • M&A Advisory: Providing guidance throughout all stages of extraordinary financial transactions, including market analysis, asset valuation, operational support, and negotiation assistance.
  • Transformation Management: Redesigning organizational structures and operational frameworks, managing transformation initiatives, and assessing sourcing alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of client operating environments, historical performance, industry trends, and potential business evolution.
  • Assisting in the development of economic, financial, and equity forecasts.
  • Identifying suitable KPIs for effective business performance monitoring.
  • Evaluating the economic value of banking and industrial entities, divisions, and portfolios during extraordinary transactions.
  • Preparing documentation essential for business development and independent expert assessments.
  • Creating estimation models and performing quantitative analyses related to financial and equity matters.
  • Utilizing software and data provider platforms to enhance evaluation analyses.
Qualifications:
  • A degree with outstanding results in economic, financial, or engineering management disciplines.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries, or corporations on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is advantageous.
