Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our Mergers Acquisitions and Debt Advisory team. As a forward-thinking professional, you will work closely with our business platforms to establish pipelines of opportunities for expansion through new transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities and develop potential contracts
  • Promote the MA capabilities of CDI Global, representing our business to industry players and potential customers and partners
  • Identify potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures opportunities and help to structure new business transactions
  • Work closely with our Partners and analysts to evaluate investment opportunities and value target companies and assets
  • Attend business events and visit fairs exhibitions to establish new contacts with Company CEOs and Shareholders

Requirements:

  • Energetic and motivated individual with a strategic mind capable of thinking long-term
  • Ability to recognize what affects supply and demand and the impact of our customers and partners' decisions
  • Confident and decisive, able to act on opportunities quickly
