About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead the growth of our On-Demand business in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and account management, while also coordinating financial control and profitability, operational needs, and necessary tech developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the country manager for On-Demand, prioritizing top accounts and identifying solutions for each partner
  • Develop action plans to target and pitch partners, building proposals and leading contract negotiations
  • Manage the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase
  • Own the relationship with partners for everything related to the On-Demand solution
  • Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements
  • Monitor financials in the country, including pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy
  • Problem solver, data-driven, analytical
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Customer-oriented with strong commercial skills
  • Ability to understand complex software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams
  • Accountability and ownership for projects from start to finish
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated by working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up
  • Fluent in Italian, working proficiency in English
