Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client engagement functions and serving as the central contact to major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to increase the footprint of our product throughout all covered clients.
  • Understand our client base and strengthen relationships through supporting, training, and strategic dialogue with important users and contacts.
  • Identify issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify these with internal stakeholders.
  • Follow market dynamics and share vision with clients and prospects.
  • Help maximize product usage with all clients and promote additional functionalities and upgrades.
  • Work with presales, consultants, and development teams for new client enhancements and feature requests.
  • Develop efficient internal and client communication mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-server sales environment in the Financial Services company sector, including Banks, Finance Houses, and Insurances.
  • Strategic focus and ability to establish strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
