Il candidato ideale è un professionista con un MANDATO DIRETTO VODAFONE BUSINESS nel ruolo di Account Manager Strategico. Si richiede un'esperienza consolidata di almeno 2 anni nel settore delle vendite, preferibilmente in contesti Telco strutturati.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con i clienti esistenti e acquisire nuovi clienti
- Presentare l'intera gamma di prodotti e servizi Vodafone, personalizzandoli in base alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti per garantire la loro soddisfazione
- Contribuire attivamente all'ottimizzazione delle pratiche di vendita e all'efficienza dei processi, condividendo le migliori pratiche
- Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti e le tendenze di mercato per identificare nuove opportunità
- Elaborare strategie commerciali efficaci e strutturate
Il candidato riporterà al Responsabile di Area Vodafone Business e collaborerà con il Coordinatore Solution and More.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di vendita in contesti complessi nel mercato Business, preferibilmente con background nelle TLC/ICT
- Competenza nella vendita di servizi, con particolare attenzione a soluzioni IT/ICT (Cloud & Hosting, Sicurezza, IoT)
Sede: Lombardia
Orario: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì - Agente di commercio
Tipo di Contratto: Contratto di Agenzia monomandatario con Vodafone Business
Retribuzione: È previsto un compenso fisso mensile iniziale, seguito da un premio ricorrente basato sulla gestione del portafoglio clienti.
