Financial Coordinator for Treasury and Financial Statement Preparation

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our administrative accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of financial statements, managing treasury activities, and coordinating with auditors and fiscal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of IFRS financial statements and year-end closing activities
  • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow, cash pooling, and payments
  • Coordinate with auditors and fiscal advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare fiscal requirement calculations, including IRES, IRAP, and indirect taxes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the 4-person team responsible for active billing, asset accounting, and detective controls
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in economics or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT tools
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of German language an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and initiative
