SAP FI/CO Transformation Expert

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP FI/CO transformation expert to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering complex SAP FI/CO transformations and leading project teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP FI/CO process solutions, including customization, documentation, and testing.
  • Integrate FI/CO with other SAP modules to drive business innovation.
  • Lead customer workshops to ensure effective solution implementation.
  • Develop blueprints and functional specifications to meet customer needs.
  • Manage test conduction processes and ensure successful go-live.
  • Participate in presales activities to support business growth.
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in implementing the SAP FI/CO module.
  • Functional and technical proficiency in at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Certification in the SAP FI module is an asset.
  • Excellent skills in implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and customer management skills.
  • Open-minded team spirit with the ability to work in small and large international teams.
  • Project management experience and presales are an asset.
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree with an accounting/finance background.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
