About the Role
AABB E-mobility is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our global team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, HR administration, and Benefits administration process for all global employees working with our outsourced payroll provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert in Italian payroll processing and country legislation;
- Supports the payroll process, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies;
- Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s);
- Delivers HR Service support to the HR community, managers, and employees;
- Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers;
- Records and manages employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool);
- Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy;
- Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll, Benefits, Time Management;
- Experience working with a global outsourced payroll provider;
- Experience working in an international environment;
- A team player with an exceptional customer service attitude;
- Proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently manage own work and juggle multiple tasks at a given time;
- Highly experienced with the tool Excel;
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Italian.
