Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic GetYourGuide Ticketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results through strategic relationship-building and growth initiatives.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Italian and Spanish markets
  • Identify and lead growth initiatives with top accounts, from idea generation to implementation and project management
  • Leverage internal cross-functional partners to drive business results
  • Pitch and win expansion opportunities, leveraging technical skills to maintain high performance
  • Represent GetYourGuide at regional events and conferences

About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of handling large and complex accounts. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship-building and strategic thinking
  • Travel tech or OTA industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Results-focused with key prioritization skills and a strategic mindset
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Passion for traveling and getting out to markets, visiting local partners, and discovering new opportunities
