The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist - Italian Market to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing our growing Italian customer base, focusing on account growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and ensuring lifetime value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will respond to and initiate contact with players via phone, email, and Whatsapp, providing exceptional customer service.
- You will work closely with internal departments to resolve any issues or priorities related to technical, financial, or feedback points.
- You will create VIP tailored promotional offers and analyse, optimise, and report on campaign performances.
- You will participate in weekly/monthly team meetings to share insights on VIP market trends/player experiences and contribute to the brand's success.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- You have similar experience working as a VIP Customer Executive within the iGaming/Online casino Industry.
- Excellent Italian communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- You should have good English communication skills.
- You can build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience working in the gaming or gambling industry is required.
- Sales and account management experience are desirable.
- You can understand customer needs and respond to them effectively.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are crucial.
- You should be good with numbers and identifying trends/patterns.
- You can work with multiple systems and be a fast learner.
- You enjoy challenges and finding solutions to customer queries and problems.
