Job Description

At dynaTrace software GmbH, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Enterprise Account Growth Leader. This position requires an experienced sales executive who can drive business growth and expansion in enterprise accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to introduce our products.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprises.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and legal, to develop and execute account-specific strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and report on the status of new and expansion opportunities.
  • Built strong relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth and expansion within existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
